It'...The cheese is actually named Bohemian Blue. It's a joint project between Brenda Jensen and Tony Hook. Brenda supplies the sheep's milk, Tony makes the cheese, and they split the production. Each ages their share in their own caves, so they taste a bit different. The Hook's version of this cheese is called Little Boy Blue.
