Cheese Penpals

Word came this weekend that Amy Strauss received her cheese gift box, part of my stink-a-versary give-away. Amy requested some Prima Donna, one of my faves. I hope she is enjoying every toffee-like bite on this rainy day here in Philadelphia. Me? I'm at work, airing out my office.

Yep, my wine fridge (which serves as a cheese cave) has become a little whiffy over the course of the semester. In fact, this morning the custodian came by to ask me if I had noticed my "mold problem." I was a little embarrassed to tell her that it was from storing cheese in my office. Looks like I'll be investing in some air freshener.

  2. I sent along 2 wedges. Should be enough for a party.

  3. The best snail mail I have received in a LONG time! Adored the card, too.

Most definitely will be sharing, even if I want to be greedy, hehe. I love passing along the cheese-love!

    Thanks again!

  4. Haha - a mold problem of the best kind - a small container of baking soda (we call it Bi-Carb Soda here in Australia) kept open in the fridge helps keep smells contained - hmm, that was a little Martha wasn't it?
